1. First Contact - We will discuss your businesses objectives and decide if we are the right website designer to provide those services. Once you feel we can provide you with the individual services your website design requires then we will proceed to the next step. If we feel that your needs require solutions that are out of the scope of our approach then we will suggest alternatives that better fit you and your business. It is not about our business, its about your Business!
ColorCombos.com can assist you in deciding on a color scheme for your website. If you find a color combo you like just write down the ColorCombo number and provide it along with other information for the design of your website.
2. Proposal - Using the information gathered from our initial meeting, we will create a proposal outlining our thoughts and ideas for your website design plan. This proposal will include an outline, basic layout ideas and a cost/time estimate.
3. Website Development - When the proposal is accepted, we will schedule a second meeting to fine tune requirements and get more in depth details of how your businesses online website identity can be represented via the internet. We will request information and materials related to your business, logos, copy, images, video and any other content that is needed based on your website design requirements. Based on the target deadline we establish, we will start the actual design of the website. We will stay in contact with you throughout the entire design process, providing you with the ability to view the site and its progress online in a private arena.
4. Website Design Completion - Once we receive a conformation of final approval of the website and any final payments due, we will post the website live on one of our web servers or in the location you provide depending on your needs. At your request a CD can be created with your entire website and any other available files used in the creation of your website.
5. Ongoing Website Management - If your needs require ongoing periodic website maintenance, updates and/or changes to your site we can provide those and other services as needed. All work will be setup for approval in a private online location. Once we receive a conformation of approval and payment in full all updates and/or changes will be posted live to your website for the world wide web to view.
